While you can get an executive summary of your results in a pdf, the majority of the information is contained in the app. The app does not provide the information in an easy, simple format. You have to click down into categories and then multiple sub-categories and then click back to get to the next category and start the process all over again. There is no search functionality which makes usage very time consuming. Additionally, I did not realize I would need to buy their products. I don't know if I would have done the test had I realized I would be tied to their solutions.

Love the product but once you order it or even reorder it, it takes about 3 weeks to get it so I always run out before my next supply arrives. If I waited until the normal monthly reorder it would be even longer. Now after I get my shipment, I reorder again immediately and it’s another 3 weeks before it arrives. That’s the only part I don’t like.
