Our salesman, William, really made the experience from leaving ADT to now be serviced by Vivint special. He made us feel like we were the only customers he had. He almost felt like one of our college kids coming home to check on us! He is the reason we swapped.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to be a model home only. After 30 days they would come and pick up my equipment if I did not want it. I canceled installation before they installed any cameras whatsoever at my house. I called to verify the cancellation and now they’re telling me they can’t cancel it because it’s already active. The representative I spoke with at customer service bless his heart got an earful from me. He was told that I will contact the Better Business Bureau in reference to Vivint services and also if I have to, I will sue Vivint. So if you’re looking for a home security system, choose anything, but Vivint. Antonio is the sales rep that I dealt with and apparently he’s a liar so be cautious. Antonio was polite enough to knock on my door after 10:00 PM. The installer that was supposed to be coming to my house arrived at my house after 11:00 PM and it took an hour to get my Internet to even accept the smart hub. Nothing was installed at my house because it was so late. He was supposed to come back on Saturday, August 1 to do my installation but I canceled. Now I can’t get anybody to come and pick up The smart hub and the tower and the sign for my yard that was left outside. They’re saying they can’t cancel my account even though I was not even supposed to have an account because I was a model home only.
Alex Miller was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Daniel as always makes the entire experience from start to finish so incredible and easy! He’s my favorite pro that you all have and I will as always continue to go through him!

Your representative was knowledgeable understanding my needs and getting the right products they were courteous and explained the products so I knew exactly what I was purchasing
The installer left empty boxes on top of my car and I did not find them until after it had rained. I was told that the tech would leave ALL of the hardware that was uninstalled yet they did not leave the front door camera unit.
I don’t want you to adjust my thermostat ever
The service technician who came out to install the equipment was very helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident about my recent purchase and new relationship with Vivint. He was very patient and supportive because I have young children who needed attention during the process of him installing my devices and he was not only understanding but, also, took the initiative to interact with the children as well, making my overall experience a great impression and leaving me satisfied with my new service.
