The Turbo Jet 3.0 exceeded some high expectations! I did a lot of research on battery powered blowers and a deep dive on hand held blowers. I bought two because I have Dewalt and Milwaukee tool systems and used those batteries when I first unpacked my Turbo Jets. I used one to dry my pickup (F250). It took 5 minutes with no residual water spots when it used to take 20-30 minutes doing it by hand. A bonus will be cleaning up my shop just got a lot faster!! Bottom line...the Turbo Jet 3.0 delivers!! Highest recommendation!!

We love our VortexHause blower! When the first one stopped working, we reached out to Customer Services and after sending a video showing the issue with the current blower, we received confirmation that we would be receiving a replacement blower shortly. The replacement arrived quickly and works great! We use our blower for clearing off our pool patio and porch from pine needles and pinecone droppings the squirrels leave every day! It is amazing and saves me from having to drag out the broom. It's light weight and so easy to use and super powerful!

VortexHaus, stepped up to the occasion! I purchased the 2 for deal and 1 box was slightly damaged upon delivery. After opening the damaged box , weeks after purchase, the tool had some damage. The product itself is great to use and we have found many more applications than drying the car, for which it was originally purchased. Unfortunately the original blower failed after quite a short time which was disappointing to say the least. My husband bought this after seeing the ads. We've used it less than 10 times to blow leaves out of short driveway. Today, the sound changed and then it blew up in my son's hand with sparks and smell. A round piece my husband said was called a housing flew out like a bullet. It did everything that the ads said it would not. That was a very expensive mistake. He bought it with battery and charging unit. I'm so disappointed. It was really fun to use until this happened. The nonstop ads for 43% off adds salt to the wound. *** We sent in photos as instructed with details on August 9th. We have not received a reply.

I had one of the best experiences with Juliana at Vortex Haus with getting a faulty blower taken care of I couldn’t have asked for a for a quicker response from explaining the issue to them solving the problem.
