Wrong prescription with NO reaction from Customer Service
Ordered transition lenses for my RayBan Meta glasses. Correctly entered my prescription and uploaded a photo of my prescription I received at the Dr. office. Still received the wrong prescription...unreal...sent a message to customer service and have yet to receive a reply...a week later. Absolute shite service and basically $180 down the tubes for me. 1000% would not recommend. Spend the extra couple bucks to get the proper lenses. Save yourself the time, risk and money.

I would have given this five stars, but the shipping time was extremely long. The product itself is great and easy to install. The shipping time was well over a month long.

Lenses didn’t fit the frame I had
Lenses didn’t fit the frame I had. Issue was never resolved. Horrible customer service. Not even a phone number to talk to someone or a no live chat. I spent close to $300 for nothing. Don’t ever but anything from this crooked people.

Great product and customer service
I received my lenses for Quest 3 and they had a slight defect. Contacted their customer service and I received an answer and a solution the next day. That is how customer service should work. It also is a great product. 100% happy with my purchase

Great Experience, Great Lenses, Easy Install
I ordered the progressive lenses for the Meta Ray Ban Gen 2 - they arrived quickly (they beat their estimate by several days), and were super easy to swap out - the video that they sent a QR code for was super helpful. The Rx is just right, and the price was a fraction of the cost of the "official" lenses - same quality, near as I can tell. **One thing to take note of, is that I had NO idea there were two sizes and I had the large size glasses... Make sure to order the correct size, which should go without saying so I'm sorry I typed all that.

My lenses arrived defective
My lenses arrived defective. I've reached out to customer service and still haven't heard anything back. The same day the were delivered was the same day I reported it. Now it's 2026 still waiting

I placed my order 11/28/2025 and paid for expedited shipping. I saw nothing in terms of production or shipping. They worked so fast, it was delivered on 12/05/2025. They moved faster than their systems could keep up with notifications. I got the notifications for shipping and delivery a few hours after it had arrived and been installed in my headset. Absolutely flawless by the way. Couldn't be happier. My lens were made in China and shipped across the sea to my house in 7 days. I could not be happier. Take the time to get your eyes checked if you're wearing a pair from more than a couple years ago. It makes a difference if your eyes have changed and you probably won't notice because we just adapt day to day. Again, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
