I bought a half wig out of curiosity and was surprised to find that the quality was this good. I live in Germany and shipping from the US didn’t take as long as it usually did, only a week for me. The customer service was also pleasant and interactions were cute. I didn’t know there were goodies that come with the wig, so I was surprised to find a comb, two wig caps and other stuff in there. I currently have miracle knotless in so I can’t try it out right away but I‘m already excited, after feeling and seeing the hair. Overall I had an amazing experience and plan on buying there again!

Terrible Experience
I requested a refund for a defective item purchased through TikTok Shop. The half wig was advertised as high quality, low tangle hair. After use and proper care, the hair began matting and tangling excessively after about one month, to the point that it is no longer wearable. This is not normal wear and does not match how the product was described or advertised. I contacted the seller to resolve the issue. They acknowledged the problem but have only offered partial refunds, which I do not feel is fair for a defective product. I requested a full refund or replacement, but the seller refused. They even tried to offer a shorter length replacement in exchange of deleting the review I left on TikTok. Terrible experience.

Nice and quick! This is my second purchase for a half wig . The first one was amazing until I started cutting at it too much. It lasted a few months .
