Wallke is a great robust bike, I couldn’t be happier with the commute it’s given me. One thing I would suggest is flat out and possibly a new rear tire. Other than that , it rides like a works horse and saves so much time on daily commutes. I have over 3000 miles on it and still going strong . Recently had one stolen because I forgot to lock it up, but can’t see myself going to a different bike ordered new one and they were prompt !
Wallke service is fast and efficient. Within hours of sending email, Wallke responded and got me sorted out with new parts and advice. They even threw in a free gift! My bike is running smooth as ever after 3000 miles plus. Love my H7 awd, highly recommend These bikes!

Let me start by saying how well this bike is built. I feel very safe with the quality of construction on this H7. My bike is a dual motor model and has great pickup power. I’m very impressed with the performance this H7 give and would highly recommend if you’re in the hunt for A new bike. You won’t be disappointed.
I have the H90 all wheel drive an the support team has been fantastic and not only finding the part but getting it to me swiftly , I appreciate their support very much and it's been a great bike.lots of fun thnxs
I had tire problems with my bike when I was putting it together. I emailed customer service and Jepson was very helpful in getting my problem resolved. Was very impressed with his quick responses and continued support in trying to help me get the problem resolved. Thank you Jepson, you are very good at your job.
Truly , happy and grateful for my H7 Ultra! The quality and feel is top of the line. I love my bike and looking to buy another bike but I’m waiting to see what Wallke will do in the future. My favorite spec on the bike has to be the off-grid solar capabilities.
Bike arrived quickly and in good condition, assembled quickly and works well. Wallke customer service stayed in touched and kept me of informed all the way, as well as checked in periodically since the bike has arrived.

I've ridden both the 2024 Wallke H9 and the 2025 Wallke H9, putting over 5,000 miles on each. Both bikes have been incredibly reliable, powerful, and comfortable. The 2024 model handled everything from commuting to trail riding with ease, while the 2025 H9 feels even smoother and more refined. The dual motors, full suspension, and long battery range make every ride enjoyable. After more than 10,000 combined miles, I can confidently say the Wallke H9 is a dependable e-bike that has exceeded my expectations.

I just ordered the bike so I can only give my opinion about the ordering process. Their Web Sites’ messaging assistant was very helpful. Since there is a 12 hour difference in our 2 locations, I asked my questions late at night and they were very responsive. I asked them numerous questions about the bike, which model and equipment I should order, and why, and what the different insurance policies covered. They provided excellent information that helped me make the right decision.
I already own an H7 Ultra and I had a question about something else and they were very informative and very precise about the answer and it was simple easy and they had a excellent response time, I love this company's bikes they are excellent and the customer service is just as good hands down one of the best e-bike companies out there, I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for Quality bikes and quality customer service which is just as important
Even though Wallke knew I had already replaced the original inferior tires the bike came with, the still sent a replacement set. That shows a commitment to Wallkes customers. This is my second Wallke bike. I love them both.
Previously had the H6 for 4 years and this Ebike worked great. Over the years I took it on multiple long trips in San Diego, LA beaches, and Catalina island etc.. Had multiple friends that had other brands which ended up having varying issues with their ebikes while this one never had any problems. I liked it so much that I recently upgraded to the H9. If you are looking for a true long distance ebike that is reliable and well made then I highly recommend Wallke ebikes. They also have great customer service.
