This program is amazing! Ooodles and ooodles of support and guidance. I’ve been in the program for 3 months now and have had some great success without starving myself or killing myself in the gym. All of the coaches are professionals and very knowledgeable. They personalize the program to fit your needs and lifestyle and you not only get the support of your coaches but also of other team participants. It’s truly a great experience.
