My watch battery does not hold a charge. with 24 hours under a light and 10 hours of direct sunlight and it doesn't work properly for more than 6 hours.
Very smooth transaction, called Customer support twice and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient. Plus the watch was even nicer than I expected, and being in California I literally received it overnight, with the customer service rep going out of her way to get it shipped out thd same day. The watch is fine. I love the overall look of it. However, the band is way too short for the watch. I guess I should have done a better job reading the specs. But, in the end it will be fine. I've got a longer band coming and should be here today.
