I have already four orders. I do not want to comment the shoes because the fact that I’m placing order by order talks by itself. Last order I faced I big challenge - I made a technical mistake ordering wrong size of the shoes. I received full support by the costumer service to intercept the wrong order and to refund my money back. Full support and cooperation on a very professional level. Thank you Chloe! We tried the shadow 7s last volleyball season for our nationally competing athlete. Her words were - supportive, traction, comfort. We are a few days into the 12s and her first impressions have been head nods and smiles and thank yous. They do ALOT of jumping. Just buy them. - 13.5 yo, 5'8 155lb middle.

It is a major hassle to make a simple return with the company. You have to submit a return request and upload photos. I was emailed that my return was rejected. The shoes still had tags attached. Ridiculous. Then I had to call and speak to customer service to get a mailing label to return. $15 charge to return. First and last time purchasing from this company.

If I knew the shoes would be coming from china, I would of never bought them. Shipping time is quite long at 3 weeks. My Adidas shoes that I bought while waiting for the wades were shipped to me within 3 days. Ok, the shipping times suck, but the shoes are great. Changed the 2 star to 4 stars.

I’m so disappointed in our shoes. The sole is not glued in properly and keeps folding up and coming out doing game time. After so much research and our last pair, we moved away from Kobe basketball shoes to Way of wades but this last pair has been disappointing
