Wadeofwade shoes are fantastic. I have two pairs of All City 14 I use them for pickleball and they are very comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend. I have contacted them several times and they always respond quickly.

I would like to say good customer service but I asked for a return label so I could send back my shoes which are too big for me since the shoes run larger and I have not received a reply back and told me to leave a review and then they’ll send me one. As I did leave one now but still no return label??

If I could I would give this less than 1 star! I was really excited to try Way of Wade after hearing so many positive things, but unfortunately my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I bought the Way of Wade 808 5 Ultra for $228, expecting a premium basketball shoe. The shoes have only been worn around 15 times, exclusively on indoor basketball courts, yet a big chunk of the outsole has already broken away completely, exposing the midsole. This is completely unacceptable for a shoe at this price point. I contacted customer support expecting them to stand behind their product, but instead my warranty claim was rejected because it was outside their 60-day warranty period, despite the shoes having seen very little use. Their solution was to offer me a $30 coupon towards another purchase, which I found completely ridiculous given the circumstances. What made this even more frustrating was that they stated they had reported the issue to their factory to improve future production, acknowledging there is an issue, yet still refused to provide a replacement or refund for a product that failed prematurely. For a company selling premium basketball shoes, I expected far better product durability and customer service. Based on my experience, I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing anything from Way of Wade.

Very great shoe but there’s 2 noticeable flaws. 1, will randomly slip out. 2, impact protection might not be there sometimes when landing. Other than those 2 things, this shoe is incredibly well rounded and a top performer.
