Best shoes
Way of Wades are easily my favorite shoes for volleyball and basketball. They are great quality and lasted me 2 volleyball seasons and a basketball season. When trying to figure out sizes the team made the exchange process super easy. Will definitely continue to order.

I ordered a shoe for my son
I ordered a shoe for my son. Inspite of free shipping I paid extra for expedited shipping. Product was never delivered to my address. Upon contacting customer service- they asked me call usps.Not helpful at all. My sons birthday came and went and now they are asking me to contact Seel for worry free purchase! Who the hell is Seel! Worrying is over- i went to store and purchased a Hoka shoe! Now I don’t think they want to refund me my money! Please don’t buy their shoes! Rinu Tharakan MD

I debated if I was going to leave a review or not because I’m really not one to do this. But the experience I had with this company has forced me to. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. I ordered a pair of sneakers in the incorrect size. Immediately reached out once I noticed. From the moment my communication with them began it was utter disappointment. Sent an email and called “support” and received the runaround. At first I was told by “Leo” that it looked like there was a chance he could intercept my shipment, swap the size and would get back to me. Never heard back. Called again the next day and spoke to “Brandon”. Very confident it was the same person. Asked if they could at least send me the right size and I’d ship the others back to not wait a month. He said he’d ask. Also assured me that I wouldn’t pay the shipping when I sent the shoes back. Waited a whole nother weekend and never heard back. Called and “Leo” answered again and they never did anything about it. Forgot everything I called about… After being upset that last call I finally received an email from “Anne (no help at all)” that it was too late but once I received the shoes they’d be glad to EXCHANGE them. Nope, everything was false. Once I received them I was told they don’t do exchanges. I have to return these shoes and order another pair. Pay all over again. Also, I asked about them covering the shipping like I was told. Nope, instead she said “We don’t cover shipping unless you leave us 5 star review on Trust Pilot”!!!!!!!! So offering an incentive for a good review, crazy. That’ll be made known. And knowing their service is horrible wanted me to lie ahead to protect themselves. So I had to pay the shipping because I wasn’t going to give them a review they don’t deserve. In conclusion, I didn’t end up getting the shoes. Which is really sad because I really wanted them, I’ve heard great things about the product. But it was ruined by terrible customer service. Stick to a brand that will take care of you.

The ordering process was very easy. I was surprised how fast the sneakers came. The shoe felt tight, my daughter wanted to order another pair just to compare. The second pair came just as fast. She preferred the second pair and easily returned the first pair. She is very excited for her volleyball season with her Way of Wade!
