I ordered two pairs of Dlo2 shoes. I love the blue color and they fit me very well. I wear them for pickleball because the lateral movements are very similar to what a basketball guard does. The fit is snug and secure. They look beautiful. I ordered the same shoe in Energy Rush hoping for a red color but it leans more toward pink, so I am returning those and ordered the College Red color instead. The return process was easy even with the time difference from NJ to Hong Kong. They emailed me a return label for USPS Ground. I like this company. They make products that will directly compete with Nike and offer a wide selection of styles and designs. They were able to ship from China relatively quickly to the US.

Buyer beware their product and customer service suck! Tried on their high end shoes and need bigger size. Return was rejected stating trying them on caused fraying in the shoe. But then tried to say that their shoes are not defective. So 10 minutes of walking on the carpet in my home caused fraying and made them unreturnable. Offered me a measly $20 refund. Stick with a reputable company because this one is not.

The products are great. I love the way the 808s feel on my feet! Slightly oversized compared to other shoes I’m used to though. But I think that’s ideal to have enough movement so my toes don’t hit the front. It is frustrating that it seems like their shoes aren’t sold in many stores so if you’re in a crunch and want the shoes, you’re forced to order multiple and return the ones that don’t fit. Their return process is also unnecessarily friction-filled. The amount of pictures that need to be uploaded for a simple return is silly and made me have to unbox pairs of shoes that I didn’t even open because I had already determined the smaller size fit me best.

I had a great experience with this company. The shoes are very comfortable, stylish, and made with high quality materials. My son loved those shoes but it seems like they ran a little big compared to his Curry shoes. So we requested a return and customer service has been friendly and responsive. We will be buying these shoes again in a smaller size! The shoes themselves are lightweight and seem to be of good quality!
