The customer service was great. After not seeing an update after I ordered, I asked a customer service agent in a chat for information and they were able to do so. Then they emailed me back when there was a change in order status! Just received my package, 6 business days later (in Canada)! Yay! Can’t wait to start!

I like very much your products

I like very much your products. They are goood quality and so beautiful. My wip bag is very nice very smart and performer. Only I just find everything honestly a little expensive. I know the products are high quality but just the same you just can't buy so many of them. And in regard to may wip bag I expected some little gadget as a present for the purchase which with the expedition meant quite a total. Anyway I like your products, I don't know about your tutorials yet, but I'm sure they are great too. With greetins, Victoria

As a beginner the patterns are easy to follow

As a beginner I have found the patterns easy to follow with great results. Also 'We Are Knitters' have been very quick to resolve any problems that I may have encountered, they have dealt with my problems always to my satisfactory.

Very good experience

Quite responsive to my needs which is great! but I had to come up with idea to buy the kit which includes a pattern and knitting needle versus buying 6 individual skeins of yarn for best value. Still, I am very pleased no problem with ease of return and new purchase. Thank you! Thank you for bringing this matter to your marketing dept. My friends and I will be interested and we hope you don't raise the price of your kits and keep each skein cost reasonable.

My experience so far is really good . I hate emailing but they have no hotline for call outs . I thought it was going to be like every other site no call back . They emailed me back right away and stayed in touch . So for me that is incredibly positive so thankyou .

With a little patience, the support was excellent

Once I was finally able to connect with WAK's support team (a website technical problem that none of the front line folks could help) Vincent was prompt, courteous, and clearly listening to the concerns I raised. Well done! They are in the middle of a site overhaul at the moment, so extend a little grace if you're waiting for help. It will be worth it. :)

Misleading yarn colour and description…

Misleading yarn colour and description for the Cotton Aquamarine. I have bought a lot of yarn online over the years and this was the worst discrepancy between the advertised photos and the actual yarn colour that I have ever experienced (I checked on different screens before buying to try to avoid any surprises). Unhelpful customer service with bots and generic responses. Lots of marketing emails.

Make no mistake

I ordered a bunny kit and within less than a minute I realized I had the wrong address. I tried to cancel, I called customer service a was told nothing could be done. This was in less than a minute. I’m out the money and will never see the kit. Never ordering again.

I love these kits

I love these kits. Beautiful yarn, lovely pattern with super-easy instructions and the finished product always gets loads of compliments. I’ve started knitting them for my family now.
