I am extremely disappointed with this company. On April 3rd, I placed a large order for my business and my team: 13 items totaling €831.97. The problems started immediately, as my original order was

On April 3rd, I placed a large order for my business and my team: 13 items totaling €831.97. The problems started immediately, as my original order was lost and had to be replaced by the company.
After receiving the replacement order, I returned the items following FIGS’ instructions exactly. The return label was included in the package, and I shipped the return via DHL Packstation. According to DHL tracking, the package was successfully delivered and received.
However, FIGS later claimed that my return had never been received. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted customer support and provided every document requested, including proof of payment, order information, DHL tracking details, and delivery confirmation.
At first, customer support responded and assured me that the issue would be investigated. Later, responses became less frequent, and eventually my messages were simply ignored. During my last contact with customer support, I was promised that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. That never happened.
More than two months have now passed, and I still have not received my refund of €831.97. What is most disappointing is not only the missing refund, but also the complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer care.
As a business owner who ordered uniforms for an entire team, I expected a much higher level of professionalism from a company with FIGS’ reputation.
FIGS can easily identify my case based on the order value (€831.97), the order date (April 3rd), and the extensive communication history with customer support. I am still willing to provide any additional information necessary and hope this matter will finally be resolved.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I’m disappointed. The first time wearing my new pants and it has a snag. I have wore figs scrubs for years and this is the first time it has happened. Usually the quality is outstanding but not this time.

What lured me into purchasing FIGS was the product design and ingenuity in the choice of fabric. However, my disappointment and frustration stems from the lack of consistency with quality assurance. I am 6'6 which means I have to order large tall scrub pants. At times the sizing is correct, other times I have be returning the product multiple times before receiving the correct product or I just give up because of lack of success with customer service. If you want to retain customers quality assurance is an area that needs great improvement.

I have been ordering from Figs for many years. I recently ordered my usual figs 1 pocket scrub top and I have to say I am so disappointed. I have been finding the quality control has slipped. I have found that the sizing is inconsistent. The top that I ordered this time is a bit too small for me in the bust area. But because I have worn it I can’t send it back. Just saying this is not the first time sizing seems to be inconsistent. I have also found my petite joggers seem to be a bit longer now too.
