Material designation

The product i ordered did not include dictate the type of yarn used. Cotton or wool, etc.

The look of your products is appealing…

The look of your products is appealing on your website. Once we figured out the colors ordering was easy. I do appreciate the email that the order was received. As this is for Christmas gifts, I would have liked to see an estimated delivery date in the order confirmation email.

First order yesterday. Put wrong size, email immediately to change and had an email confirming change of size first thing today. Only 4 stars as not had the product yet.

I found things i could and did buy only problem was with the womens products there were too many like styles and some people may like all the print on the sweaters, and things of the same type, that it was hard to find really nice things that i could buy and use as gifts,all in all every thing was good but it just took too long to find the things to buy it was a good experience though.

An unusual selection of clothes…

An unusual selection of clothes interesting and certainly different. Some seemed more appropriate for summer in Britain . I was rather upset in the buying process that I was unable to purchase more than I article at a time hence had to pay shipping charge for each article.

I would have loved to have known how large the sizes fit. Some items on other sites say their clothing fits loose than most, or a “ generous “ fit. I’m concerned because I’ve never ordered from you before, AND IVE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY on most items that I will be wearing on a cruise, and I need to feel comfortable. I didn’t see any reviews, which could have been helpful. Most people order online here in the Gaspe of Quebec if they don’t travel to New Brunswick, two hours away. ** I do love the styles and variety you show!! Debbie Lee

Beautiful Designs

Love the designs and all items available. The fairisle patterns and colours are beautiful.

No Returns

The linen pants were decent for the price, but the fleece sweatshirt/hoodies are the cheapest possible material with very low quality print for the designs. Their return policy carefully fails to mention that the items need to be shipped back to China at a cost north of 2x what you paid for them. Buyer beware.

I Ordered Sweaters Got sweatshirts

I received my sweater purchases in about 10 days or so - packaged well BUT the photo shows and states that sweaters are cable knit and I received tops that are not sweaters but are of sweatshirt material - the print is fine they are soft sweat shirts not the sweaters they advertise. Disappointing I did not order a sweatshirt but I am OK with wearing them as I paid a little over $23 for each and they are suitable. They do not look cheap just not a sweater knit material Which is what I thought I was ordering. This company is selling items that they misrepresent - be wary and know if you order something you may not get what you expect or paid for. I was surprised that tops were not garbage like some reviews say they received - I was lucky. But beware of ordering from this company do your research people - I didn’t and could have regretted my purchase. Needless to say I will not order from them again.

I thought the hoodie was knitted with wool. It looks like that in the photos. However, I still like it. It is nice and cosy. I think they ought to tell you that it is not knitted with wool.!
