Kadin, Jacob did an an amazing job ! Very professional and courteous. Love my doors ! After cleaning the windows, I did notice some things of concern, and my husband noted the back door is not sliding correctly.
Thanks, Gillian! We’re thrilled to hear you love your new doors and that the team made such a great impression. Enjoy your beautiful new doors!
From start to finish an excellent experience. The sales person who visited with us, Cory Chaney, was professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We had our old tired sliding patio door replaced. The crew that came to install the new door was terrific, Alyssa, Case, Rick, Tim, Yoel, and Robert. The new door is wonderful, and we just love it. They left no mess behind. We live in a humble home, but they certainly gave us first class treatment. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny.
Thank you for taking the time to share this, Karen! There's nothing better than hearing that a project felt worth it from start to finish. A clean install, a door you love, and a team that made you feel valued along the way, that's the experience we want every customer to have. We're so glad it landed that way for you!
We had our ceramic tile shower updated to an easy clean acrylic shower. The installers were on time, respectful and professional . They completed the work in two days as promised and the result was a beautiful new floor to ceiling shower with 3 shelves, 2 grab bars, adjustable shower rod, new plumbing and fixtures. West Shore provided care and cleaning instructions to extend the life of the materials. We are very pleased with the results.
Floor to ceiling beauty and everything you need for years of easy care, that sounds like a perfect upgrade! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're so glad the whole process delivered exactly what was promised. Enjoy your gorgeous new shower, Paula!
