I needed to replace an old wicker chair…
I needed to replace an old wicker chair and match cushions on my wicker sofa. Joyce was extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting a cushion that would match the cushions on my sofa. Initially Cayenne was not an available fabric since it's being discontinued by Sunbrella. However you changed your upholstery supplier and she had some cayenne material. Joyce worked with me so I was successful in receiving the chair with the Cayenne cushion.

All was well except I was not aware that furniture was "curbside" delivered which was extremely unusual and frustrating. $200.00 to have it delivered. Had I been aware, I would have purchased locally and have it delivered.

Excellent Customer Service

I really love the new Wicker Chase lounge for my front porch. It’s beautiful and arrived very quickly when anything I could get from other companies would have taken months. B staff were very helpful when I had questions during the order process. I definitely recommend this company.

The project was inferior
The project was inferior. Rain arrived in separate pieces. It was not what I was told that was going to be. I was sold the fabric special ordered weeks later. It was dropped off in front of my house. Just kicked you off. When I complained, they won $898 to return the set I believe they missed represented themselves. also, the Christians came in a Walmart box.

You are welcomed to return it , but you are responsible to pay the shipping charges that it cost us to deliver the furniture to you and the cost of returning it to us. This total $898. We wish you had been more careful when ordering. The set was delivered on time and in perfect condition.

The cushion fits well
The cushion fits well, quality construction. My only diasatisfaction was the length odntime from ordering June 1st to arrival mid July. Missed the 4th holiday when i was expecting guests. Website advised to allow "about 4 weeks for delivery, actual was more like 6 weeks
