They have wonderful customer service to help with choosing the right furniture and arranging delivery. I was disappointed in the delivery though. It’s not entirely the fault of Wicker Warehouse but I think they should be made aware of the issues with their common carriers. I was supposed to get a call from the freight company telling me when they would be coming. I never got a call and we were away when the delivery was made. The carrier left them in our driveway in the rain. Fortunately there wasn’t any damage to the furniture or cushions.

Order never shipped and they eventually stopped responding to emails and calls. I'm still out the $1,000+ dollars and will have to work with the bank to get a refund if possible.

You will find out you were never charged and we will find out why. Here is a copy of what transpired from our system. We THINK AN APOLOGY IS IN ORDER. Here are the facts., Customer placed an internet order on the internet 4/11 for White Madrid Seating and Dining. Customer then called Andrea and cancelled order as he needed quick shipping. There was never any money taken and Andea emailed him his Cancellation per his request – see below.
