Extraordinary service

I have ordered from these guys on two separate occasions, and always found them to be prompt communicators and professional. In my most recent order, they went out of their way to search out a fabric to match my previous order that was no longer available. They found the fabric through another vendor and arranged to have it used for my order.....they clearly went to extraordinary efforts to make this happen, and I am grateful.

A Great Experience with Excellent Quality

Wicker Warehouse made it so easy to buy an excellent quality wicker sofa at a reasonable price. I was in contact with a very nice representative through the whole process who even sent me swatches of material to help in my decision for the cushions. From initial contact to delivery in 5 weeks, everything went so smoothly. Although we understood it was not the policy, our delivery man even took pity on our age and brought the box onto our porch.

Great experience and quality of product. I had ordered a set and added on a side table. A representative contacted me to ask if I realized the side table didn’t match and there was a matching one available. She also made arrangements for my receiving the special order Sunbrella cushions. Shipment was quick. Very happy!

It was easy and quick

It was easy and quick. Someone also called to let me know that I should make sure that the box the wicker is delivered in is not damaged. He also suggested to open the box and check to see if there was any damage to anything inside the box. We did that and all was good.

While the 2 drawer wicker file cabinet…

While the 2 drawer wicker file cabinet I bought was very attractive, the scale was a little too large for the rest of my furniture, and the price to return it wasn't inexpensive. I will probably wind up selling it locally to someone else who has perhaps, a high ceiling or similar which will make it look more in scale for the room.

Suspicious upcharging

"Free shipping" plastered every, while shopping, in shopping cart an in popup shipping charge window. No shipping required until after I paid, then a suspicious email from different people stating desired shipping charge. I'm just not that stupid to fall for it. CC Co. Credited my account after I disputed their claim and cancelled order... Never again. Inconsistant, advertised free shipping, included on invoice, then tried to upcharge dirrent amounts, when brought to their attention, continued to add costs to me. Something not right with this company, will not do business with any company attempting to upcharge and not honor invoice.
