Great seafood! The spot prawns are great (having to shell them isn't fun but ya know...). We loved having different shrimp meals before but then my wife couldn't do the shrimp from the store anymore (would give her an upset stomach). So we tried from Wild Alaskan Company and she doesn't have problems with it! We can have shrimp again! The others are good as well, Very happy with these guys, will continue getting my seafood from them as long as they keep up this high quality of food and service!
Three orders ago, the order never arrived. The last two orders arrived damaged and thawed. The company offered a refund that would arrive on my credit card in seven to ten days.
We have been customers for six years. This company has radically changed, It would appear that actually delivering the product to the customer is now second to charging your credit card.
We are switching to another company. Buyer beware!

I was out of town when my order was delivered. The order sat outdoors in the hot sun for several days. You can imagine the foul smell and mess awaiting me when I arrived home. I did receive notification my order was being prepared but I didn't know the order would be mailed so quickly.

We’ve been trying to add more seafood to our diets. However, it’s difficult finding safe, unadulterated, delicious fish. Buying wild caught in local stores isn’t easy. I’m a package reader and avoid fish caught in areas that are polluted or farmed fish which are likely treated with chemicals and or medications I do not want ingest. I’m also a proponent and supporter of buying American products from family owned businesses.
We can purchase meat and eggs from local farms, but living far from a coast makes it difficult to obtain fresh, safe, fish. I am grateful to have discovered Wild Alaskan!
Knowing that another box will be on its way encourages me to prepare some of the amazing fish that’s in the freezer each week. Their cookbook makes it easy and fun! I look to see what I have, thaw it, and flip to the section with that type of fish. Because I didn’t trust much of the fish in the stores, we were mostly eating the wild caught sockeye salmon from Costco. And I’d end up making it the same way most of the time. Now I order a Wild Combo box with salmon and white fish. Wild Alaskan Comapny has brought variety to our meals!

The fish quality is excellent the only complaint is some are small like the smoked fish. I would have liked to purchase the crab or shrimp but they are too expensive for me at 40$ a pound. Delivery service is good and I liked that there was dry ice still in box keeping the fish frozen
Delivery is timely and the fish arrives frozen solid. The packaging is very good. I have never tasted fish this fresh. Thank you for offering this service to us and for giving us the pleasure of enjoying fresh fish from Alaska.
I work evenings, my box was delivered early evening, sat outside in 80+ degrees until I got home. The entire box was thawed out. Nothing frozen at all. I reached out to you immediately. Having a hard time coming up with a delivery schedule for a replacement box. Not sure if this delivery issue will prevent this situation from working out.

Very simple (and flexible) to change box delivery schedule. Prompt communications when shipments have to be delayed due to logistics beyond WAC’s control.
