Your order was received after our daily shipping cutoff, so it shipped the next business day (Thursday). Our standard shipping transit time is 2 business days from the shipment date, and your order was delivered on time on Monday. If you'd like to return the product, you're welcome to do so within 30 days, provided it is unopened and unused. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We previously offered either a replacement or a refund after learning that FedEx changed the delivery address from your P.O. Box to a physical address without authorization. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. As we do not use the post office as delivery service. At that time, you wanted to try retrieving the package yourself, so we have been waiting to hear back from you regarding whether you were able to retrieve it. Please reply to our sales email with your order number, let us know if you were able to retrieve the package, and tell us whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
