It was easy to request the return. Simona sent a very nice email with my request for a refund once the items were returned. The shirts were for a special occasion and would not work for me. My reply for a refund was very punctual.

I had placed an order and had a customer request a shirt last minute. I really didn't wanna have to pay shipping for just ONE shirt so I called asking to add it to my order. To make it easier, Adiel Escobedo was able to cancel my order and refund my $ so I could place a new order with the extra shirt. He was so very helpful and polite.
