Had some trouble making a return and got the sense their backend systems are a little chaotic. Everything was a bit more complicated than I would have expected. However, customer service was responsive after I asked for help and Ross was able to make everything right very quickly. Appreciated the human touch.

I ordered ten racerback tank tops in medium way to big. But ordered from another company same shirts and fit perfectly. Exact shirts. These were huge for medium. I had to buy more

Awesome customer service. I had a problem with the string on my zippered hoodie. Twice before I had attempted to make contact with customer service via email but never received a response. It was difficult for me to call during normal business hours so it took a while before I was able to reach back out to Wordans. Angela understood my dilemma and she took care of the problem quickly. I bought 2 pair of sweatpants for my husband for Christmas. One was true to size; the other was huge. Wordans wouldn't accept return because it was past the 30-day deadline. Also, it took more than a week to respond to my customer service request.
I ordered some shirts and needed to return them. I sent Customer Service an email. I didn't get a prompt reply, so I called. I talked with Angela. She looked up my email and quickly sent me the return information so I could get the items returned the same day. She was very pleasant and helpful. We need more people like Angela in the world.

I made an order on Thanksgiving day but I got worried I may no be able to sale stuff so I contacted Wardons customer service and spoke with Angelo she’s great . I’m probably the most wishy washy person ever I emailed slot and she always responded graciously and was so helpful!! I have a hemp farm and my farm is run by a nuero diverse (austistic person) me. I ordered from here on November 2nd, 2023. I got a shipped notification the next day, the 3rd. It’s now November 14th with no products. When I go to track the shipment it says, “We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days.” I’ve emailed three times and even sent a refund request. NO RESPONSE. It’s not okay to take peoples hard earned money and not deliver the product or even give their money back.
Wordans not only provided the exact shirt I was looking for at an amazingly low price, Angela, the best customer service representative ever, helped me with an exchange including postage-paid. And I'm small potatoes! One or two shirts. Angela nonetheless made me feel like I was Wordans most important customer. Thank you, Angela! Thank you, Wordans!
