I purchased a 4-week access with a 67% off discount. My invoice was sent and stated $19 something before tax. $21 something after tax.

Charged for a service I never agreed to — stay away
I signed up for a €20/month plan, only to find an unauthorized charge of €126.49 on my account for an "Accountability Coach" add-on that I never selected, never saw, and never approved. The sign-up process was deliberately unclear, and this additional cost was nowhere visibly displayed when I made my decision to subscribe.
When I contacted their customer service to dispute the charge, I was met with a wall of copy-pasted refund policy responses, completely ignoring the fact that this was not a refund request — it was a dispute over an unauthorized charge. Their policy requires you to complete 7 consecutive lessons before they will even consider a full refund. This is irrelevant when you never agreed to the charge in the first place.
After multiple back-and-forth emails, the best they were willing to offer was a 50% refund — meaning they wanted to keep €63 for a service I never purchased. When I pushed back, their final response was a one-liner stating they could not go beyond their policy.
I have since filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre Slovenia and initiated a chargeback procedure through my bank. I have full documentation of every exchange.
This is not a company that acts in good faith. The lack of pricing transparency at sign-up and the refusal to acknowledge an unauthorized charge speaks volumes. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to think twice before entering their payment details.

I was charged twice. Requested a refund for one payment. AI customer service agent recognized I had two subscriptions and escalated the issue to a real life agent. Got an answer from Muhammad Z. requesting that I make the full money back request including screenshots of 7 completed lessons. Which I have made now.
Disappointing customer service. AI agent was more helpful than the real one who may not have understood my issue.
I completed four first lessons on day one, then only able to complete one lesson per day, why? Overpriced service, unfortunately.

Charged 3 times for one purchase, then refund refused
Update (23 July 2026): After this review, the company emailed me claiming "the refund for your purchase has been processed, 5-8 business days." No amount, no breakdown across my three separate charges, and no transaction reference for any of them. I asked for the three refund reference numbers as proof. I am posting this so future customers know: several reviewers here were told the exact same thing, "refund processed," and never received the money. I have filed a chargeback with my card issuer for all three charges and complaints with the Korea Consumer Agency and the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service. I will update this review again only if and when the full amount actually appears on my card.

On July 18 I bought one plan that I understood to cost about 30 US dollars. My card was charged three times within minutes: KRW 52,427, then KRW 294,082 and KRW 22,432 just five seconds apart. Total KRW 368,941, over 260 US dollars. I wrote to their published support address 14 minutes after the charges asking for a refund. No reply for two days. A second support address published by the company turned out to be nonexistent and my message bounced.
When support finally replied, they listed three recurring subscriptions on my account, including an Accountability Coach at 139 dollars per month and an AI Companion at 56.99 dollars per month. I first learned these product names from their own email. They refused a full refund, saying I must first complete 7 consecutive days of lessons to qualify, while the same policy says recurring plans get no full refunds at all. Then they offered 25 percent, and later 50 percent of an undefined "latest purchase".
I have filed a chargeback with my card issuer covering all three charges and complaints with consumer protection authorities, with the full email thread as evidence. Check your card statement carefully if you have ever entered payment details on this site.

I signed up for this service/app just over a year ago, thought I had cancelled months ago, and just found out I'd been charged over $400 for a subscription I have not been using. This vendor has a predatory subscription model and I would not recommend using it.

They are charging almost $70 a month for a subscription I cancelled. They will not refund the money they’ve taken after the end of the subscription, citing my original sign up date having been over 30 days ago. They aren’t acknowledging the money they took after the subscription was cancelled and all responses are AI. They are literally stealing from me and I’m trying to get paypal to help me get my money back. Do not sign up for this app, it is predatory and a scam. The content wasn’t even helpful to me. I’d give zero stars if I could! Furious.
