Wish I could rate even lower. I used to buy kits from them all the time and I was forgiving the increasingly worse customer service because oh well I would still get what I ordered. But this is egregious I purchased a 24/25 Tottenham Son Authentic kit from them. Because of his transfer to MLS his kits have since sold out everywhere. Got the kit today and it was not even close to the correct item -- I got a Replica kit without any name on it and now the exact kit I wanted is more than double the price on resale websites because it's a collectible. The first representative I spoke to was incredible and immediately offered to put me in touch with a supervisor. I was told it would be 20 minutes for me to get a call back which no problem, but over 1 hour later no call. I called back to figure out what's going on and the representative I spoke to was hostile and began demanding photo evidence. No issue from my end I'll happily provide that but with her attitude and the fact that I should already have been dealing with a supervisor I stated I will provide them to the supervisor. The representative remained hostile and demanded the photos at which point I, admittedly, yelled back stating I will not send the photos and will only deal with a supervisor. She eventually relented and said she'll contact the supervisor to let them know to call me but said they're going to need the photos anyways. About 1 hour 45 minutes after my initial call I finally get a call from the supervisor. First off, never even asked to give the photos. The supervisor was apologetic and of course offered for me to send the item back for a full refund which cool. But nothing offered beyond that. No discount code for a future purchase or anything. I'm not looking for handouts, but to get the same kit I will have to pay literally more than double the price and have to risk getting a fake. Even after I asked for any sort of discount code I was met with reluctance and was offered a code for free shipping on my next purchase which is useless because I'll never purchase from them again. Highly recommend anyone and everyone purchase from literally anywhere else. There are so many reputable websites and companies in the world that sell kits. Save yourself the time and headache and go to them Oh and as of writing this I still haven't even received the return label so I'm likely going to have to call and deal with them again. After having to contact them several times more I finally have my refund except I still lost the money for shipping from the initial order. I'm over the whole situation and will take the loss as a lesson to never shop with them again. Highly advise you all do the same

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for an online shopping retail store. My Visa card was originally charged for a Manchester city de Bruyne jersey. Within the time of my jersey waiting to be shipped and my card being charged, my visa was compromised forcing me to get a new card. My new visa card came online with apple pay and then I started getting phone calls from my bank saying the new apple pay card had been attempted to be charged by world soccer shop . I had 5 more attempts on my new card that day causing my card to be locked. I called worldsoccer shop and asked why they had attempted my card so many times when payment had already gone through. I was then told my previous card hadn’t gone through. I then gave them my mastercard # which was charged over the phone with confirmation of the purchase going through from the lady on the phone, and if anything was wrong I’d be contacted by the credit team directly. I wake up the next day and have several more attempts on my visa that was locked the previous day by world soccer shop. I call them again, saying what is going on. I gave updated payment, got confirmation over the phone, now more attempts on my card that had been locked? Well my card is locked again, and I made sure to tell WSS that every time my card is attempted to be charged, it’s locked as it's a new card I’m still waiting for… I was told there was a big mis-understanding and they had payment. Few days goes by and I get an email from WSS saying my order is going to be cancelled immediately if I don’t contact them. I call WSS again very upset and mad. I get told that payment hasn’t gone through again. I said whatever at this point, I will never shop there again! Order # 432715995 The fact no one knew what was happening but I get told everything is fine repeatedly , no one let me talk to a manager on the phone or took it seriously that I was having issues with my bank. Terrible service.

The customer service team was very helpful! My package was stuck at FEDEX for well over a week and fedex was not helping and a dumpster fire to deal with. After contacting World Soccer Shop, they overnighted another shipment to me which was very much appreciated! I would certainly continue using them for future orders. My only recommendation is find another shipping service because FedEX is horrible!!!

Legit online store. Orders arrived on time. My orders qualified for a 2 day express shipping. Ordered Saturday, arrived Wednesday.

I was given a code for 15% off

I was given a code for 15% off. I use it and on the screen it says the 15% would be applied in green. I checked out and it was not applied. The shipping was $10. I opted for the 15% because of savings. Had I known an item was "exclusive" I would have got the shipping free. I call in and the customer rep was quite rude. I will NEVER purchase from this classless company. Bait and switch tactics to get you to buy. Buyer beware.

It came EXTREMELY FAST, REAL AND LEGIT, best purchase ever, I was very skeptical at first and I was honestly thought I was gonna get scammed but I didn’t it was so worth it and they had a fire ass sale going on. So worth it ☺️☺️

Why all these negative reviews?

I don’t know about you guys and I don’t know about all these negative reviews but I got 2 PSG replica jerseys from 2 different seasons around 6 months apart. The 2nd order was actually a full kit as well and I got them both. As a matter of fact, the shipping was so fast it gave me the jerseys 8 days before it told me they would arrive. Also, the 2nd order was a custom jersey and if you’re gonna ask anyone about the wuality of them, it’s not the best because they don’t use the official fonts for each club or team but hey, it’s better than nothing. Their deals are in fact real and I did get 25% off my order with the FALL25 (now expired) code. Will be ordering 2 jerseys for each of the remaining leagues in Europe (Bundesliga, Premier League, Serie A, La Liga).

Didn’t receive my order 0 response from customer service

Order some jerseys from march 2024 until now didn’t receive the order. Emailed customer service like 5 times 0 response. Very bad experience. Order# 0429492903 placed on 05/06/24

SCAM COMPANY

So I should have read these reviews prior to placing an order with this company. I paid $190 for 2 jerseys and I never received my order # 0430179217. WSS supposedly shipped my order by FedEx and they had a delivery photo of SOMEONE ELSES FRONT PORCH. I contested and emailed them and never heard anything so I filed a claim via PayPal, method I chose to pay which was mistake # 2. Finally get a response from WSS and all they can do is give me a gift card valued @ my order, $190. I really wanted a refund but no worries at least it’s something. So I call PayPal and tell them to cancel the claim they say ok BUT DIDN’T DO IT. So WSS removes the $$ from gift card saying I have to deal with PayPal now. Guess what PayPal does SIDES IN WSS FAVOR cause of the tracking photo even though I say it’s not my porch! I call FedEx and they say the way the shipment was setup by WSS only they can file a lost package claim receiver aka me can’t file squat. So I’m calling PayPal begging them to help me out and do something since I’m out $190 and no items and they recommended that I dispute with my bank so it can be further investigated. So that’s where I’m at now. Over a month of back and forth and no idea if I’ll ever get my money back for stuff I never received. WSS is for sure a GIANT SCAM with terrible customer service but I’m so shocked with PayPal, they must be in cahoots. Terrible companies all around. Don’t make the mistake I did, please avoid them both!

Horrible experience!!!

This is a joke of a company!!! Customer service just sends you in circles repeatedly and you are stuck with your purchase reguardless of wether or not you want to return it. Bought this shirt under the impression it was as advertised, it is NOT! It is a much lighter green then shown in the pictures and the worse part is it's a SLIM FIT which was not made clear at any point. This won't even fit my son who is 14, 110 lbs and 5'9. This is a joke. Dont buy this unless you are anorexic, and even then it will be much 2 small. To top it all off, they removed my review from their website so people wouldn't know how bad they are.

Deadline missed and email to customer service and keep mentioned will send out with 2 business day. Very disappointed with WSS which I still give it a shot and maybe I am wronged…

Terrible customer service & false advertising

Terrible customer service. Waited 3 months for my son’s jersey to get shipped out, when it arrived the number on the back was an adult size number not a kids number, it basically covered the whole back of the jersey. World soccer shop didn’t acknowledge this and said that it’s how it is despite me showing them examples of what it should of looked like, then they said I purchased the item more than 60 days and they cant do anything. Absolute joke! Of course it was purchased more than 60 days ago it took them over 90 days to ship it. Useless customer service. Don’t shop here!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Ordered a $200+ Mystery cleat box. Received a Puma King Platinum 21. A 3 year old cleat that retailed for $199.99 and valued around $100 right now. Called in to customer service today and told them that the $199.99 cleat I received should have been in the $150-200 cleat box instead of $200+. Manager came on, i explained to him everything, and he told me nope this is correct. I told the manager that as a consumer, we would feel ripped off getting a 3 year old cleat that is selling for $100 right now. but Manager insists that $199.99 = $200+ so consumer would not feel ripped off. We argued about how I believe 199.99 is literally not $200+ and it is considered false advertisement but he said he only cares about his belief which is that 199.99 = 200. and will offer me a 1 cent refund. The very first customer service agent I contacted via email offered a $15 gift card but the manager today said "I will not give you anything". I only asked for a better gift card value to match the amount I overpaid so I can use it to buy something else in the future as a repeat customer. This manager is unprofessional, arrogant, and most importantly unempathetic. I believe he needs to be retrained on customer service because he obviously does not care about the lifetime value of a customer. I told him I will be posting this experience on social media and he said go ahead and that the call is recorded. I'm not sure how that's relevant but you guys can definitely use it for training purposes. He can stand his ground on his beliefs which is fine but this is definitely not the way to speak to a customer. Update for David : Order #: 0429699250 The supervisor of customer service and care called me and provided a $15 refund. I've also provided her the date and time of my interaction with the manager. I'm not sure if you guys will contact him and listen to the call recording but I think we can consider this matter resolved. thank you for your help

i ordered a pair of women’s size 5.5…

i ordered a pair of women’s size 5.5 Nike Zoom Mercurial Superfly 9 Pro FG cleats for my daughter. world soccer sent me size 4 cleats. i have pictures of the tag with the size clearly showing size 4, and a picture beside a real size 5.5 nike cleat(my daughters current cleats) and they WONT take them back because of a no return policy for international shipping. THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG CLEATS! i will never order again from this place, nor will i stop telling everyone to not shop here until i get my order refunded. this is ridiculous.
