Forget the refund and this company also
They automatically deducted money from my account for a service I didn't request. When I reported it and after a long correspondence, I didn't get a refund. I don't recommend it to anyone. Inncorrect is a gang of thieves. It's no coincidence that they don't use Google reviews, because they can't manipulate it and there were too many negative reviews.

Our Pro version is billed on a recurring basis (annual subscription), and renewals are processed automatically while the subscription remains active. Before any renewal charge is processed, we send advance reminder emails to notify customers about the upcoming renewal. This gives users sufficient time to review their subscription status and cancel it if they do not wish to continue. If a customer does not want the subscription to renew, it can be easily cancelled at any time from the account page, and no further charges will be made. We always aim to be transparent about our billing terms, which are clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. I am writing this review to warn other users about my experience with this plugin and its developers. Over the past year, I invested over €1,000 in custom features for a client’s project. Despite the high price tag, the process was filled with constant bugs and compatibility issues. I tried to be patient and stayed with them, but the recent customer service experience has been catastrophic. My subscription was recently renewed without any prior email notification or reminder. I contacted their support only 2 hours after the charge to request a cancellation and refund, as the client’s website is closing down and the plugin is no longer needed. For over a week now, the support team has been giving me the runaround before completely stopping all communication. They are now ignoring my emails. It is unacceptable to treat a long-term, high-spending customer this way. If you are looking for a reliable partner for your projects, look elsewhere. Their lack of transparency regarding renewals and their non-existent support when a problem arises is a major red flag.

Level of Support Not Expecting
The fact that I was using the free version and that I was given personal attention to helping me to setup this free plugin. I was having problems in setting up Members for categories as I had another plugin for calculating variable on my WooCommerce store. The support team at WP Swings were great to deal with and in particular Mayank, who was more than helpful offering a fix. I would recommend WP Swings and their products. Bernie

A promising plugin, poor customer service
A promising plugin, but it did not work for our particular project when we trialled it, so we had to move on to another booking plugin. We then became sorely disappointed that when we requested a refund within the refund period, they would not honour their 30-day back guarantee. Instead, they delayed, delayed and put barriers and friction in the request. It was unfortunate that we were not able to achieve our project objectives with the plugin, but these things happen and we just wanted to request a refund and move on. The door was opened to use their software for future projects, but now I cannot trust their customer service because they took such a short-term view and wasted our time, what if we had an actual issue, would we just get bushed off if we had an issue.

I am writing this review to help other customers avoid the same mistake I made. The plugin itself may work, but the main issue is not technical — it is the product naming and positioning. The name “Subscriptions for WooCommerce Pro” is extremely close to the official “WooCommerce Subscriptions” plugin developed by WooCommerce. As a professional WooCommerce user, this genuinely led me to believe that I was purchasing an official or officially endorsed extension, which is not the case. Because of this confusion, I purchased a one-year subscription that ultimately did not match my needs, and I only realized the difference after investing significant time setting it up. When I requested a refund shortly after, it was refused based on policy, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed. I believe this naming creates unnecessary ambiguity and does not reflect fair or transparent marketing practices. A clearer distinction from the official WooCommerce plugin should be made very explicit before purchase. I would strongly encourage WP Swings to improve transparency in how this product is presented. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I cannot recommend this plugin.
