We bought the WooCommerce Zoho Connection, and while it worked at first, it later caused extreme database load. The impact became so severe that our hosting company deactivated our website.
This plugin may be fine for a very simple site, but for a webshop it was a serious problem. It generated hundreds of megabytes of database load, making it unsafe for us to keep using it.
We asked for a refund within the 30-day cancellation period because of the damage it caused. That request was ignored. Instead, they offered to fix the issue, but the problems were already too serious for us to trust the product any longer.
Based on our experience, the refund policy was not honored, and we lost 100 euro so far. Be very careful before buying, as this company caused us a lot of unnecessary hassle.

Recurring Payments Didn’t Work, No Refund After Renewal
I purchased the subscription plugin, but it did not work properly for my needs because I was unable to get recurring payments set up correctly. I stopped using it, but the product still auto-renewed, and I later found out it is non-refundable. Please be careful and check whether auto-renewal is enabled, as it appears this may be turned on by default. Very disappointing experience.

Do not trust their advertised "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee". It is completely misleading and dishonest.
I purchased their plugin relying on this guarantee, but when I realized it wasn't the right fit for me and asked for a refund within the 30 days, they flat out refused. Instead of a straightforward refund, they hide behind restrictive clauses in their terms and conditions. They force you to go through their technical support and will only consider a refund if a feature is missing or if they are completely unable to fix a bug.
It is incredibly deceptive to heavily promote a "money-back guarantee" on your sales pages to build trust, only to trap customers once they've paid. If you buy from WP Swings, consider your money gone unless you are willing to fight endless email battles with their support team. Avoid them if you want peace of mind or just a try.
[EDIT - March 31, 2026]: Please do NOT believe the company's reply below. They publicly claimed I asked for "custom development" or "features not included" just to save face. This is an absolute lie. I simply reported a critical BUG with their iCal synchronization (which is an advertised core feature). When synced, it completely blocks the entire calendar and makes all dates unavailable. Instead of fixing the bug, their support team ignored it, fabricated this excuse about me wanting "custom features", and refused to apply their own policy which states they refund if they can't fix an issue.
Their "30-day money-back guarantee" is deceptive. Avoid this company at all costs.
