I had a very disappointing experience with the Subscriptions plugin by WP Swings. The plugin is clearly not built to properly support rental-based businesses or work smoothly alongside rental plugins like RnB for WooCommerce. The biggest issues: - Memberships and rental products conflict with each other - The subscription setup overrides rental functionality - It’s impossible to create a clean hybrid model with rentals + memberships - Features like assigning memberships to only selected products or showing membership tiers properly do not work as expected What made the experience even worse was the customer support (agents feel like bots) and their refund process. Despite explaining the issues for weeks and providing multiple examples of the incompatibility, no real solution was offered. Instead, support repeatedly referred to “third-party compatibility limitations” while refusing to issue a refund. Up till now no solution was provided. If you run a rental business or need subscription functionality combined with rentals, I would strongly recommend looking for another solution. This plugin may work for basic subscriptions, but it is not suitable for complex WooCommerce rental setups.

Please read their refund policy because they do not refund anything for any reason. Even if you accidentally bought it and cannot use it, they don’t care and their name is a little deceiving when it has WP in front of it like it’s WordPress and it’s not. Also, half of the phone numbers or emails that you can find for the company even on the receipt they gave me does not work. Very deceiving company. Remember no refunds don’t matter what read refund velocity for considering.
