This is the worst experience I have ever had—pure deception. The clothes that arrive have nothing to do with what they supposedly sell. The fabric is nothing but nylon with the knit pattern printed on it. They are misleading customers and do not honor returns, which is also a lie. I have been trying for almost two months to resolve this with them, but they keep deceiving me, refusing to provide a return address, and instead talking about discounts. Do not ever shop there, because the only thing certain is that you will be throwing your money away.
The merchandise this company sells is fake. It is not Nordic, it is simply sweatshirt material with a Nordic style stamp. When you ask for a refund they say you have to ship it to China at your expense. Or you can keep it and get a 20% coupon. I have no use for their coupon as I have no intention of dealing with them. This was a huge disappointment in merchandise quality.

The jumper I ordered via Google appeared to be knitted - Scandinavian style. It was made of cheap fabric and the design was printed on. No label or washing instructions.
I contacted Wrenoin to return it. They asked for photos of the jumper, which I thought was odd. I sent the photos. They then said it will take a long time to test it and I must chase this up.
They are con merchants probably from China. I doubt I will be refunded. Do not buy anything from them. They should not be on Trustpilot!
This company is a scam I brought from them thinking I was getting good hand knitted quality and it's just the images printed on with cheap polyester it's a scam website and when I tried to get a refund they wouldn't send me the address and refuse to give me my money I hope they get caught and punished and I would advice everyone to look at reviews and to not buy from website like this with nice images
Wrenoin is a scam company, I bought what I thought was a Celtic knot wolf cardigan with a fur trimmed hood, I got a printed jacket made of that I can only describe as cheap polyester material. I just wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money on trash, I really hope they get stopped before more people get conned into buying trash.
DONT BUY FROM THIS ILLEGAL COMPANY!!!! They have nice picture of the clothes and it says that they are handmade and handknitted, but what you got is cheap polyester fake clothes. If you try to get your money back its hopeless. Its illegal to sell something that isnt the same as shown and promised. This is a big scam!! I wish I had checked the reviews, don’t know if it was any at the time I purchased. I pay a good price for this and is just a lie! The material and design is nothing like in the advertisement. You received a flat thin and fake copy of the picture of the product they trick you into buying. It is not a knitted sweater or jacket, it is a print of it and it is not fluffy thick material, it is thin flat lie. I hope this helps you to be aware of the real product in front of you.
The item received was grossly misrepresented online. Nowhere near the same article. Same thing others have experienced - they say shipping is costly and on the buyer for return, would I accept a 20% coupon, then would I accept a 30% off coupon.
