Avoid at all costs
Item was ordered 14 Dec with indicated delivery between 19 & 23 Dec. Item was despatched 24/12 and received 03 Jan. It was of poor quality and came no-where close to the advertised article. I informed seller immediately that I wanted to return the article and get a refund. There followed a string of emails where Wrenoin delayed responses, stated T&C's which were at variance with online consumer sale of goods conditions, coupled with insulting coupon discount offers. Eventually I progressed a full refund through my credit card provider. I would advise anyone to totally avoid this seller and any other websites that reflect the same goods for sale.

Scammers! They advertise hand crafted products which are represented by great photos. I waited a month to receive a cheap screen print on a very poor quality sweatshirt. It wasn't like the photos at all! When I asked for a refund, they offered discount coupons. I refused, then they kept messing me around and didn't honour a refund. A real con. Avoid!

This is a scam site. The items, once received (a month after ordering) look NOTHING like items on website. Then when you try to return they put you off and keep offering discount coupons, all the while refusing to provide any return information. They also threaten that "return costs are expensive, must be shipped back to China, and are the full responsibility of the customer": FYI: NONE OF THIS INFORMATION IS CONTAINED ON THEIR RETURNS PAGE. "Free and hassle free returns" MY A***! This company is complete BS - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! I would give them a -Star review if I was able.

I have been waiting for merchandise I purchased for almost 2 months. I received and email this morning stating that my merchandise was lost by USPS. The reason I have not received my items is due to counterfeit postage. Now they are refusing to refund my total amount for the purchase I made. This delay has made me not want to purchase items online anymore. this problem started right after I made the purchase the day after Thanksgiving.

I ordered an item for my wife for Christmas, in mid December, got the item yesterday Jan 13, overall the item seams to be pretty good quality for the price, just takes a long time, and lets be real, a item that you would pay hundreds for in the mall, at $45 thru this site, there are no free rides, the old idea that you get what you pay for, is always true, but to there credit, not a bad deal.

Received a flimsy polyester material piece of fabric with print design that looks like it was made on a printer. Deeply regretting that I did not look up reviews prior to purchase. Also didn't notice that their phone line is international so they can only be reached via email. Hoping they will do the right thing and honor this return and refund but other reviewers have expressed their difficulty with this. Fingers crossed! LB in MD
