Bait and switch - fraudulent tactics
I ordered several items from this company. Besides taking a very long time to receive them, when they arrived, they were not at all items that I ordered. Cheap quality, not even the same materials and nothing that I would wear or gift to someone. I spent $170.00 on these products. I wrote to the customer service department, followed the instructions to start a refund process. I sent pics of what I ordered and pics of what I received. They gave me a response of " keep the items and we will give you a 20% off coupon" I rejected the offer. They came back with an offer of now a 40% coupon. I have been back and forth with this company for 2 months now. 18 emails so far, and they say they cannot give me a refund, as the representative communicating with me says they do not have the ability to authorize the refund.

I've been waiting 3 months for a refund which is obvious now they aren't going to do, this company is a complete rip off, their products are not what you see on the website, they are cheaply printed rubbish on the cheapest material that if held up you can see light through. These products are printed in china and it's a Chinese company which is not what they imply on their website, this is a scam, stay away or you will lose your money.
The 5+4-star ratings are also scams!
After being scammed by Wrenoin like all the other victims reporting here (but got my money back from PayPal), I have now revisited the ratings by Trustpilot, and wondered HOW this scammer company could still get 28% (250+) 5+4-star ratings? Well, reading these entries, it turned out that most either only assessed the website as beautiful and easy-to-order (no wonder, this is how all customers got tricked!) OR they reported the same disappointments and just ticked the wrong number of stars. These entries should be reported as fake or erroneous ratings!
Terrible quality
This company is a con. Their site talks about hand knitted, from the sjeep to the yarn, and about how they use no machines, just lots of people sat knitting. I ordered a hoodie and a pair of leggings. They arrived today. Neither of them have seen a knitting needle ! The "knitted leggings" look like lycra, shiny, thin, and with the knitted pattern just printed on. The type of pants people wear to do yoga. The hoodie .... not knitted. Weird shiny material. Pattern printed on to look like its knitted. Theres not an ounce of wool in either of them. Surely to say they are hand knitted when they are cheap polyester, is false advertising. Please dont waste your money.

I bought what looked like lovely cosy…
I bought what looked like lovely cosy clothing. When they arrived they were nothing even similar to what I ordered. Really cheap thin material. Printed material. Not the woolen that was advertised. I have sent them numerous emails. First 2 they replied saying that they will look into this... After I sent photographs of what I received. Since then I don't even get a reply. £60. Down the drain. So don't be fooled with the items you see because its not what you will receive. Total scam.

The quality of the delivered clothes is more than crap - it is far away from the pictures used on their website. Furthermore the process of refund and sending the clothes back is not only uncomfortable, but it is nearly impossible to get in contact and to receive a satisfying solution. I am still waiting (despite of many reminders and promises) for a solution. To my mind it is scam and not worth ordering anything.

This is a scam site, and they use other names as well. They show photos of sweaters that are knit, but send printed cheap sweatshirts. I tried to cancel the order 2 days before it was shipped, and they said it was already shipped. AVOID at all costs. If looking for GENUINE knitted wear, try the ARAN.COM site. It is real Irish knitted clothing. I have ordered twice now and they have exceeded my expectations every time. I have learned if they advertise on facebook, it is a scam. Good luck!

I would have rated -100…this is a COMPLETE SCAM. I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering; what I received in the mail was like what the other reviews stated-flimsy computer printed poor quality material that is nothing but trash. This company is nothing but a fraud and is based in China, not in the US like their website indicates. Pathetic company

ATTENTION! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They stole £36 from me. Instead of sending the woollen item advertised on their website, they sent a fake, nylon garment. It looks ridiculous and poses a health hazard, as it is dyed with chemicals that stain your fingers. These people appear to be organised criminals operating between China and the UK.
