This is a scam!!!!! After I asked not to renew the subscription, they continue to charge. All chats with their representatives (actually - bots) end with "we will check". Now customer service is non-existent!!!

It is a good product unlike the useless extras. I subscribed to those, monthly, over €200 a year and then 6th June said I did not want them any more. But 2nd July they billed me again. I complained and said I wanted the July money back and they will not answer me. Agent John Raymond I suspect is a bot and we all know how useless they are. Reading other one star reviews, I see that ASR do not do refunds.

ASR A Resolution

I have written of my experience with Advanced System Repair below and it was not a pleasant experience. A pleasant surprise arrived today with a resolution to all my concerns. The program is very good and seemingly does what is required of it. If you are updating a licence and you can't banish the "Expired" notice you have the same problem I had and only this company can help unless you can engage your telco.

"Deceptive Practices and Unprofessional Conduct" I purchased the Advanced System Repair Premium license in 2019, clearly advertised as "Unlimited Use" for 1 PC. After over five years of uninterrupted use, the license was abruptly deactivated without notice or valid explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their customer support, I was met with evasive, contradictory, and unprofessional responses. Only after prolonged pressure, escalating toward legal actions and complaints to regulatory bodies, did they finally reinstate my license. Their handling of this matter reflects a troubling disregard for customer rights and professional standards. My time and effort, as a business owner managing several companies and real estate holdings, were wasted due to their internal disorganization and apparent disregard for contractual obligations. Let this serve as a warning to future customers: exercise caution and demand clear terms in writing. I find the support for the software bad…

I find the support for the software is very disappointing. I'm having major issues with the startup of ASR and trying to get support is very bad. When I call the support number (877)-277-8818 displaying on their support screen. It's says the number is not working. why have the number displaying if it's non-working number. I then proceed to click on the Start Chat button and it takes me to another product called Livechat, which it wants me to create an account. Jezzzzz. All I need is get support for Advanced SystemRepair Pro. At this point I'm giving up and going to something else that will give me the customer the support I need when I need it. Like I said. Very disappointing on the customer service I get from Advanced SystemRepair Pro support.
