Its a negotiation to return the product. They start by offering in store credit and then progress with a 60% refund "we’ll be offering a 60% item refund. And you do not need to send the items back. Feel free to keep them as a gesture of our appreciation for your continued support." I wanted to return the item because it didn't fit right but they continued with negotiating up to 80%, which still does not reflect their stated return policy. At that point I didnt trust them. If I sent the items back this is a company that would say it was damaged or not worthy of a refund. I took the 80% and I am now blasting the internet with the experience with them. Their return policy was ignored at they negotiated in every email. Just stay away and go to the mall.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. I spent $384 and now I’m stuck with clothes I don’t even want.
Shipping takes way too long, and when the items finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The shorts feel like they’re made out of paper, the quality feels cheap, and the sizing is completely off. A medium fits more like a small and definitely isn’t made for anyone with a muscular or athletic build.
To make matters worse, customer service is extremely difficult to deal with, and getting any real help or resolution has been nearly impossible.
I spent $384 expecting decent quality and service and got neither. Save your money and buy somewhere else.
Instagram needs to do better job policing these Chinese scams trying to unload cheap product with glossy advertising and great prices. I fell for it and after a long delay got some garbage that did not match the website, is unwearable, and returns are impossible.
I ordered a pair of sweat pants in my size which is a medium. The joggers were marked medium but they were 2 sizes to big. This was obviously a manufacturer
error so I was hoping to exchange or credit my cc. They expected me to pay for return shipping even after I sent images of the oversized joggers on me. They refused to admit to the error and I refused to pay for the return shipping which would have been 1/3 the cost of the pants. I recently donated the sweats to our local swap shop. You may like their products but good luck working with their customer service.
I have purchased from this company before with very delayed orders. My last order was never received. They maintain it was. I live in a doorman building in manhattan where every package is scanned electronically so as to notify the 255 apartments when they have a package in the lobby . No record exists for this package yet they refuse to acknowledge a delivery error. I’m an existing customer who bought previously who bought again. It’s outrageous
I ordered a capped t-shirt which turend out to be too small, so i reoeded the same shirt in a medium, and I was sent a pair of reading glasses instead of the t-shirt that I ordered.

They make the return process so difficult to navigate... I have to pay to ship the items back for a full refund... But they offered me an 80% percent refund if I just kept them... It's gonna end up costing me more to send them back for 100% refund.But i'm doing it because you know what, screw them.

Mail order don't always work. Fit is a tough ask. So when it doesn't work out as hoped all you have is customer service. Thank you for helping me get the fit rt! This was my 3rd order. Enough said.
Continual spam messaging despite being told detials removed from their system
I bought something once (& to be fair it was fairly poor quality) but this company has been non-stop spam messages me about their sales every other day. I have requested them via email 3x to remove my details from their system which they confirm, yet they still continue to message about their promotions... often beyween 10pm & 2am! Dont give this company your detials!
