Reviewers overwhelmingly had a truly great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally fast shipping services and the careful packaging methods that consistently ensure items arrive safely, securely, and completely undamaged. Consumers also appreciate the incredibly knowledgeable staff members who provide helpful recommendations and ensure a smooth, straightforward online ordering process.
However, some reviewers were not happy with frustrating delivery delays or problematic tracking updates that caused prolonged waits for their packages. A few other people also felt that certain purchased products arrived defective, featuring broken parts or unexpected mechanical issues right out of the box.

The ordering and delivery time was reasonable. If you know nothing about this type of air rifle, the instructions for the Hatsan Bullboss shows exactly nothing on how to get air in your cylinder. I have a fitting that came with it in the box that fits nothing. Really need to do a better job on instruction manuals, especially for rifles at this price range. The gun seems well made, crazy heavy, but I read the specs and knew it was, no fault there. I would really like some instructions or a QO code that shows a video on how to get air in this thing.
I have only bought a few times from Airgundepot just as needed. They have always done a great Job! I only had one issue and they rectified it quickly and professionally. I will continue to buy from them as needed. Thank You
Ordered over $1400 No word on when it is going to be shipped. No emails of “back order” status. When I made my decision to buy it was not saying back order. No reassurance my order is even being processed.
You had the Air Venturi Avenge XL .30 PCP in stock, the .25 barrel kit, magazines and air tank filters that I looking for, all at great prices and delivered quickly and excellent condition. You have earned my recent and future business, thank you and keep up the great work!
I'm a first time customer of Airgun Depot. The ordering process was easy, delivery came as promised. There is a good selection of products to choose from. I am a happy customer and will continue to do business with them.
My only complaint is that I can’t seem to be able to sign into my account … it’s a password issue!? Get a lot of mail from u but when I want to go shopping I can never log on .. at this point I figure u have lost about $2300 of my business!
reference order # 115005861 it did NOT come with a magazine, talked to Matt or Mark on 6-2 and he said he would send one out on 6-3, waiting for it to try this Gamo Swarm Magnum out. I was surprised at how hard it is to pump. I'm 84 and it's all that I can do to pump it.
I wish I had gotten a lighter pumping one. I was told by a friend to buy a Whisper but I thought bigger was better.
Theis people are great they answered all questions and if there was a problem I'm sure they would fix it. Great prices and inventory. Can't get a better deal. Thank you AD
Why in hell would you send me a double order. Two rifles and two compessors? Monday I'll have to send one set back. after I call try to explane to complete orders of the same things.
Website laid out well. Allowed me to make educated decision on what style. Great descriptions and reviews allowed me to shop and make my own decision. Shipped swiftly. Arrived safe. Great price as well.
Airgun Depot has great descriptions on most of its products on their website. Staff was professional and knowledgeable when inquires were made. My order of an Average X Tactical and about ten tins of pellets were quickly shipped after a long holiday weekend. The air riffle was on sale and prices on the pellets were much better than from Amazon. Love how they packed those tins of pellets, with extra layers of protection for shipping and handling. Definitely will buy from them again.
Site is easy to navigate, prices are very competive. Received after sale messages offering assistance from one of their airgun expert if I had any quesions or problems with my air rifle purchase.
I only have one complaint. I ordered a JTS Airstryke carbine from Pyramid Air. It shipped from Airgun Depot and was here in three days!! A few days later I ordered a Reximex Tormenta Lite from Airgun Depot, and it shipped from Pyramid?? I live in Puyallup WA. I realize the two companies are sisters, but this happens a lot. I was very pleased that the gun I ordered form Pyramid shipped from Utah. Much closer and faster!!
The test-firing data is quite useful. Rear sight is not!
The test-firing data is quite useful. What is INCREDIBLY NOT USEFUL, I.E., ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING, IS THAT THE SCREW HOLDING THE REAR SIGHT IN PLACE WAS PUT ON SO TIGHTLY AT THE FACTORY THAT I COULD NOT LOOSEN IT. THERE IS NO NEED TO HAVE THE WEAPON SHIPPED WITH THE REAR SIGHT SO TIGHTLY PUT INTO PLACE! LET'S GUESS: ~80% OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO ADJUST THE REAR SIGHT.
Quick and easy. Lots of details on all products. I like that you post all reviews good and bad on the items which help making decisions.
I ordered some optics and rings last Friday and they are being delivered today.
