Reviewers overwhelmingly had a truly great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally fast shipping services and the careful packaging methods that consistently ensure items arrive safely, securely, and completely undamaged. Consumers also appreciate the incredibly knowledgeable staff members who provide helpful recommendations and ensure a smooth, straightforward online ordering process. However, some reviewers were not happy with frustrating delivery delays or problematic tracking updates that caused prolonged waits for their packages. A few other people also felt that certain purchased products arrived defective, featuring broken parts or unexpected mechanical issues right out of the box.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The airgun itself is great -- well constructed, good firing mechanism. The magazines are horrible, though. Usually, only one of the two CO2 cartridges is pierced for maximum power. And I've had to replace two of them (over $50/pop) that stopped functioning altogether. The mags need some remedial design work.
I got all my questions answered by Mark, at Airgun Depot. I was confused about mounting a scope on a Benjamin Marauder and he was able to help me with what type and height mounts to use. I also forgot to include my $20 discount code when I put in my order and thru a simple email I was able to get the discount. Nothing but good to say about company and employees.
Customer service was great. Answered all my questions and offered good advice. Greg represented the company very well. Products and services were delivered as promised and was very quick in fulfilling the order.
The staff are honest to their recommendations and they never forced you to buy.
Fast shipping, reliable company! Everything is packaged with care-from small items to large items! Definitely recommend.
Fast delivery and excellent packaging. I’ve bought pellets from other places but I have never been so impressed with the way they package the goods. Airgun Nation really impressed me!
Quick, good product
order was shipped right away, and arrived even sooner than I had hoped!
I have communicated via phone and email with a few of the customer service reps. All very good communicators and helpful.
Have purchased two air rifles with Airgun Depot as well as accessories and ammo. Always pleased with their service. When I first got in to air rifles in July 2025 I called and spoke to a rep for a scope recommendation. The rep emailed me all the details ASAP. Will definitely use Airgun Depot for my next purchase.
Both shipping boxes are compromised Box with gun,, one of the latches was completely detached from case,(the case has a thin layer of foam, NOT A PADDED CASE as stated in the description.) One of the lens covers for the scope was just laying in the case not on the scope, the pump does not stay in place, just hangs down, put it back and gravity pulls it down. COMPLETLY USELESS. If this kind of damage is done to the gun the scope is useless as well. Box with ammo has two holes, the impact opened the Seneca pellet tin and pellets everywhere,(there might have been 50 rounds in the box) no spare mag anywhere, and a 2 foot piece of paper was used as packing material. Between the crappy packing and UPS this order is trashed. 04/22/2026 11:46 A.M. A mechanical failure has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Delivery will be delayed by one business day.
Everything worked out as expected. Fast shipping, fair pricing, and great service.

I have purchased many things from Airgun Depot and they always take care of me. Shipping problems, defective items, they always make it right and quickly.
Air gun depot has been great to deal with and promptly answered some questions I had about shipping to Canada. Your order gets shipped right away
Quick and easy experience.
My Hawke Airmax scope was delivered quickly and was packaged, probably, better than any item I have ever received in the mail! The original box was of high quality, not flimsy like some. Being the first time I had ordered from Air Gun Depot I am 100% satisfied and will not hesitate to use them in the future. By the way, I love the scope !
The order process ,and check-out was fine, but why is my order coming from Ohio?!
My order was lost by UPS and I called you. A very nice woman answered and reshipped my order. Thank you so very much!
