I neglected to enter my discount code when checking out. I sent an email to support and they credited my purchase. Delivery was prompt and the items were packaged well arriving in good condition.
1. My order was held up because a small tin of pellets were back ordered. 2. I deleted a few items from the order including the back ordered pellets and looked for items to bring the total order back to $150.00. 3 I went back to my cart to add other items to save the shipping cost, and saw that Air Gun Depot shipped the order and charged my credit card $28.98 plus$12.22 for shipping, without my approval or authorization. I made several inquiries. onve through the Chat, and after waiting for a live rep, the programs advised that no one was available. I tried a phone call. I was put on hold and eventually the Air Gun Depot Voice Mail system advised no one was available to take my call and it hung up the phone. I tried another Message and was told so sorry but nothing can be done about my misfortune because the Items already shipped. I checked with UPS and was advised that no label had yet been created. So where is the integrity? Since December I had placesd 7 orders to include 3 nice rifles, pellets and accesories. This is my last mention of this issue as I am now clear, no one at Airgun Depot is concerned about me as a customer.

Very caring people. I call in and got 3 reply’s to see how I was doing. New pcp gun. I did not know you had to it and dry fire while filling first time. That would be nice to include that in the manual. Love the gun. Working great.
Asking questions, gave me the right answers. The right choice resulted in the staff knowledge of their products, and for me, it ended up being the Gamo Magnum GR. Right out of the box, using open sights, I nailed a thumb size branch across the canal, about 45 yards out, pretty impressive!

The gun seemed excellent, but trying to return it as could not pass customised hold in Donington depot. As did not have access to a printer, im having to return the item, but having major issues with not being able to return it. Kimd regards Tim
