Traveling with Allianz
This was my first time buying travel insurance. I chose Allianz because they worked with American Airlines when I booked my trip. I had three family members travel with me. I needed to cancel one family members tickets due to a medical procedure. This was unfortunate and had no options but to cancel. After I cancelled my family members tickets, I was charged a $99 cancellation fee. I was refunded by the airlines a single ticket costs, minus $99 cancellation fee. Then I called Allianz and they directed me to the app. After I downloaded the app, I was able to upload my purchase documents that went to the underwriter for a decision. Needless to say, two days later after I submitted my purchase proof. I received an email and text that my refund was approved. I was able to provide my bank routing number to received direct deposit. The process was fast and after the paperwork was done, my refund was issued. Thanks for your time and I hope you will utilize the services as well after reading this.

Everything went quickly we’ve traveled…
Everything went quickly we’ve traveled for years and made, and mainly used Oceania’s insurance, but really have only had a very minor event like one night in a hotel so we always do our best to make everything go well. We are on a trip now with Oceana and I’ve carried my policy with me all the best Susan Miller.
Instructions were clear on what they needed for a claim. My claim was processed quickly, without any back and forth; funds were deposited to my account in very good time
May 1, 2026: Spoke with Stacy (Ext. 26925) regarding annual travel insurance coverage. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the available plan, including trip cancellation coverage of $2,000, sickness/emergency medical coverage of $50,000, and emergency medical transportation coverage of $500,000 for an annual premium of $495.
We had a few bumps in the road on our trip and paid for the trip insurance just in case. Allianz was fair and quick to settle our claim and made the process as easy as possible. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely use them in the future.
0 stars. Our bags were delayed. We had to buy clothes so we didn’t sleep in the same clothes for over 24 hours. Then you rejected our claims? Honestly I will not buy insurance through you again because what it is point?
