Tried to get a refund due to not getting a passport in time and your automated system was zero help. Couldnt speak to a person via email or chat to go over options or anything. You guys are crap. I will never ever use you again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from you
Very simple straightforward pricing on travel insurance
I have used Allianz several times however, this was the first I had to cancel a trip. They were wonderful and made sure my refund was processed and returned in a timely matter.
Wouldn’t give me my refund after I provided necessary documents. Horrible customer service and minimal explanations as to why they cancelled my request. If Allianz was my primary insurance for everything, I’d end it.

I just can't tell you how much I appreciated the easy process. I answered a few questions and uploaded a couple documents and that was it. My refund was in the bank in about 10 days. I expected it to be difficult, it wasn't.

The process was fast and straight to the point
I purchased 2 policies for one trip. One policy for 2 travelers and a second for the other 2 travelers. I am still waiting for appropriate resolution to my claim for one policy ( Allianz paid approximately 40% of policy) and have received zero feedback on the second policy.
Well managed claim process, once the documents were submitted our efforts were done! Approval & reimbursement. We will continue to use Allianz & recommended to everyone!
The product itself was amazing and worked like it should. The representatives, on the other hand, were AWFUL. They kept me on hold for hours (I had time that day AND 2 phones in case someone called and needed me). My requests for callbacks went unanswered. When it was time to pay me, they sent me a physical check when I specifically selected direct deposit AND put my account information in the system. Ridiculous.
