I just wanted to say thank you so much. When my flight was delayed overnight, all of my luggage was still on the airplane, so I was left without any of my belongings and had to buy essential items. I wasn’t expecting to be reimbursed for those expenses, so it was such a pleasant surprise. The reimbursement process was incredibly quick, easy, and hassle-free. It made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate how efficiently everything was handled. Because of this experience, I will always purchase travel insurance with my flights. Thank you again for the outstanding service and for taking such great care of me. It really made a difference.

I got sick and couldn't attend the show I bought tickets for. Thank goodness I bought the ticket insurance! I filed my claim with proof of my hospital visit and the claim was paid within three days. ALWAYS get the insurance through Allianz.

Good morning, I sent an email in asking for advice because I ended up in the hospital with a major cardiac , which ended up in the installation of a defibrillator and what to do and your company never got back to me. That’s why you get one star and I will spread the word unless somebody can figure out how to give me advice and answer my email trying to call your company was useless.

I was very pleased with them. My flight had several different delayed times. and they reimbursed me some money for my flight so I was very thankful for that.

Worst customer service ever, refused to rectify my issue and denied my claim. What is exactly am I paying insurance for?

Effective insurance when travel plans are altered unexpectedly

I had a weather cancellation on my way home from a recent trip. I submitted receipts and an accurate description of what occurred. Allianz was quick and thorough.

Never leave home with out travel insurance

The process on line was at first confusing. Did not realize the claim would be divided into 2 separate claims. One for travel expenses and one for medical. But once I figured that out it was easy
