I didn’t have to do anything. Everything was taken care of for me. Out of our 9 travelers I was the only one with travel insurance and was taken care of right away.

No information was provided regarding what expenses submitted that were not paid. Generally poor communication regarding the claim and what costs were approved and what costs needed additional documentation.

sort of less than great. I made a mistake when I enter the date for the policy by one day. Even weeks before traveling, Allianz would not let me change the date by one day without canceling and purchasing again. Really? I haven't even taken the trip yet! Are you afraid I'm trying to defraud you for goodness sake? I'm a 77 year old senior who simply hit the wrong date button!

I’m trying to cancel a policy because we were forced to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency. I continue to try to get someone on line to help me & they can’t . Which I find inexcusable

Feels like a scam

I had the impression I could cancel for any reason. I had planned to see the show while visiting family in another state but had to return home. They said it wasn't a good flight train to cancel and wouldn't reimburse me. First time and last time I will ever use this service.

Failed expectations.

Would call. They said they’d give me an update on claims. Nothing ever came of it. Called again and didn’t even have a record of my previous call and claim information. They had taken down everything and escalated the situation the prior call but had no record of it. I’ll never use Allianz again as it’s a waste of money. No refund. No help.
