I was very pleased with the service I received with Allianz. We had to cancel out tickets for a concert due to an upcoming surgery. The website and instructions for a refund was very easy to complete. Refund was issued quickly.

Made a claim on 1 of 4 tickets purchased. It was denied despite the NWS declared heat emergency on the date of the event . Will be appealing.

Have been using for a couple of years…

Have been using for a couple of years when renting cars. First incident we hag (bag stolen from rental car). Total loss was $2,150 and after 2 months we received $375. No coverage for “high value” leather jacket and $200 headphones in addition to all kinds of other items and the backpack itself. Skip this crap unless you want a slow process snd little payback.

I was never told nor was the policy limit of $1600 per traveler disclosed. So I am getting roughly a third back. Not a good look

You sell the insurance without… giving any detail he

You sell the insurance without providing much detail and about what is covered unless you’re a lawyer. My grandson missed his flight and you would not refund the cost of his baseball ticket. Never again what I use you.

My detailed claim for refund-for-medical-reasons that American Airlines should have taken care of but refused (you evidently have to die to get AA to refund a non-refundable ticket) was easily made to Allianz & they promptly paid. Thank you ! Tom H.

I'm waiting too long for my claim…

I'm waiting too long for my claim payment. My apartment number was entered twice wrongly. Each time the payment had to be voided and done again with a long wait period.

My flight got canceled missed a night…

My flight got canceled missed a night in the hotel and never got that 450 dollars for missing that night and had an excursion booked and had to cancel it. Only thing we recieved out of buying this insurance was 200 dollars for a delayed flight. I turned in receipts from meals after the flight was canceled and the hotel our travel agent canceled and receipts for the excursion we had to cancel and didn’t get refunded and got nothing back. With this kind of service I will never purchase the insurance again.every update I got back was my claim was being reviewed and still have not heard anything back.
