Horrible customer experience once again.
They did not pay out as everyone agreed they should have. Delayed by 1 day. Hotel partially cover and the golf care tour not covered at all. No to mention addition cost of meals. We were headed to Rome for a tour and missed out on 24 hours. Damaged luggage on the ground transportation and they would not cover at all. Very disappointed and recommend everyone to use a different travel insurance. We are going to try Costco this fall instead of using them. Agent read the manual and did use common sense.

We have had the annual policy for several years as we travel frequently. All the claims we have filed, whether for damaged baggage or medical claims, have been met with professionalism and courtesy and resolved easily. Incredible! Customer for life now
I had to make a claim for an incident with a rental car. It was a small amount of damage but for me it was significant since I’ve never been in that situation before. I took care of the financial side with the rental agency and then filed a claim through Allianz. The process was extremely straightforward. After submitting documentation, I was contacted to submit further information. Once everything was submitted, Allianz approved the claim and issued a check to me in what felt like no time at all. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with this company and absolutely will be paying for their service EVERYTIME I travel going forward. They won me over as a customer for life, thank you!
Great experience
This is the first time I have ever had file a claim for event insurance that I have purchased. I was really worried because the situation was unusual. The weather had brought dangerous heat levels and with medical issues there was no way we could go. Allianz Partners approved my claim right away and didn't give me any hassle.
