No stars. This company lies about what their small animal cages are for and then won't give a full refund. They lie when it comes to giving a refund. They blame the customer for the reason for the return and charge the customer for shipping their product back to them. Lies lies lies. I will NEVER buy anything from these crooks. More lies. Can't even tell the truth at all.

Because your purchase was made through Amazon, we issued the refund directly to Amazon, who then returned the funds to your original payment method. You later informed Amazon that your original payment method had been canceled and requested the refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. Unfortunately, once we have successfully processed a refund, we no longer have any control over how Amazon disburses those funds. We'd also like to clarify that we do not charge return shipping for warranty-related claims involving damaged, defective, or incomplete items, and we provide free shipping on all of our products. In this case, the return was requested because the cage was too small for your pet, which is considered a buyer's remorse return rather than a warranty claim. We make every effort to provide accurate dimensions and product details in our listings so customers can make informed purchasing decisions before ordering. While we're sorry the product wasn't the right fit for your pet, we did our best to assist throughout the process despite the unkind language directed toward our customer service team. Great price for the quality. Other cages were three to four times more costly. Installation was simple. The roof was tricky and I needed a second helper to fasten the last bit together. Nice thing is, this cage is customizable which is perfectly suited to my needs. This will serve as an outdoor living space for my canary. There is plenty of space to add a water feature for him to bathe in. I had to modify parts of the cage to add food dishes and I added more perching bars. This does not have a bottom (the seller does not exactly make that perfectly clear). This is what I needed, though. My canary and I are very pleased with this enclosure so far.

It has been absolutely terrible dealing with this company. I am absolutely disgusted that I have to spend so much money to return an item. I couldn’t even take out of the box because it would not work on the stairs as I had participated per of the advertisement. That to me is not a full refund!

Planters arrived pretty quick. A little damage to the outside packaging. In related to the box dents, there are scuffs on the panels. A few of the screws are not fully set and spin if I try to push them any further. Overall nice. Price point makes it easier to look past the details
