Not really happy about having to pay $30 to return purchase. Seems unfair and greedy.
We understand your frustration regarding the return fee. Please understand that in cases of Buyer's Remorse, returns are not free. However, customers can select any carrier of their choice to return the item. We appreciate your understanding.
The price was good, no charge for delivery. It took a couple of days longer….but in all fairness the holiday probably was the issue. The size was extra tight on our frame and we barely got it on. It is 10 by 10 but this was purchased because I hoped it was a bit larger…so not a perfect fit. We had to have a replacement as the weather brought a small tornado which tore the old one off.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad the delivery was free, even with the slight delay. We understand your frustration with the tight fit and the need for a replacement after the storm. We are always working to improve our product descriptions for better clarity on sizing.

Delivery was as stated on time with no problems. Was really surprised at the quality of the product. nicely made, Great sale price. I was looking for seat cushions but found these chairs for less than what I would pay for cushions . When Aosom has sales their good ones . If you need a few extra chairs or want to add to your exsisting collection and not into anything fancy but more practical these are a great buy and will fill your needs.

I bought another version from Amazon for about $20 more. That $20 was well worth it. For the extra $20 the set was 6" wider, included clips to hold the sections together and a cover. Also, two of the feet were completely broken, cheap quality. I'm still waiting for the replacements. But the version from Amazon.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding your recent purchase. We are truly sorry to hear about the broken feet and the missing components compared to other versions you've encountered. We understand your frustration and are actively working to improve our product quality and ensure all advertised features are included. We are also following up on your replacement parts to ensure they arrive promptly.
