Ride is little harder because of the full wheels, but that was expected. I am 80kg, riding routes in the city that are up and down the hill, and the range is around 20km with my scooter. Rude and shocking company. Paid using Klarna who took my first instalments of £79.66, returned scooter. This company is supposed to inform Klarna that I have returned and then my refund will be issued, this company are refusing to refund my payment so I will be having to go through the bank, Thieves, this company and Klarna, AVOID at all cost.

I bought the Aovopro scooter last January. I had to send it to the service after 6 months because it switched off automatically when riding. I received back a scooter that I couldn't switch on. I managed in two days, but more and more problems emerged. I sent it to the service again. I got back the scooter without brake, without light. (I didn't have a problem with the brake and light before) This is very dangerous, especially in my town, when several streets are on the hill. The customer service was very helpful in the beginning. When Andy asked to send 3 times to the service, I didn't accept it. When I wrote all the problems and I asked for a new scooter or a refund, he didn't even answer. I don't want the service anymore, because the electrical system is dead and it seems not good to deliver it all the time. Any time the service is 1-3 weeks, but the scooter I need every day for work. The delivery was considerably fast (one week), and the package was in perfect conditions. The scooter is very easy to set up and all instructions are pretty clear. I just started using it in bad weather conditions and it does the job - essential but effective, and quite easy to transport when folded. Recommended!
I feel the electric scooter is fabulous. It works super fine with no jerks on curvy roads and also will get maximum comfort while riding. I will recommend this e-scooter for adult use. Overall aovopro has made me happy to the next level.
