The companies new exchange policy is…
The companies new exchange policy is wild. Even though their new topside luggage was delivered defective they claimed it was used and therefore would not allow an exchange. I’m worried that this is what will end Away as a company. Not listening to their customers is what will doom then.

I knew back when I bought my bag 8…
I knew back when I bought my bag 8 years ago that this was an excellent choice. My AWAY Bigger Carry-on is with me weekly as I travel for work and only now, 8 yrs later did I have to reach out and it was covered under warranty. You immediately answered back and I received my new replacement bag within days! Thank you, we have now bought them for family members and my husband is trying out the executive Carryon with the front zip. We love you guys, you’re the best! From the customer service email, Warranty department, Outstanding product you were all so kind and quick to respond. Thank you! Also love the changes inside, the new double zip in the top compartment, the new added zipper pouch in the single slide cover - fantastic! New wheels are also fabulous, it almost gets away from you because it moves so well. Fabulous for those airports with grungy carpet. I would buy again and again without hesitation.

My warranty experience was EXCELLENT. As an AWAY customer who owns half a dozen of their suitcases and products, I appreciate the quality and the customer service. This past week I reached out with a warranty issue, provided quick photos of the concern, and within a day a replacement suitcase was en route at no charge. From claim filing to delivery it was less than 4 days! Can’t say enough about AWAY and how they stand behind their products.

Outstanding service and warranty
I have a few suitcases from Away and recently reached out because the compression pad on one of my bags from 2019 had broken. I was looking to replace the part, but Away told me it was fully covered under warranty and sent a replacement compression pad right away. It arrived within two days! Outstanding service and an excellent warranty policy.
Received Wrong Product 3 Times!
I ordered the “Clear Luggage Cover” in the “Bigger Carry-On” size but received the incorrect "Medium” size. I returned it and repurchased it online, only to receive the wrong “Medium” size again. After returning and repurchasing a third time, I still received the wrong size (Medium) each time!! Away warehouse & shipping staff: get your heads out of your rears!
