The warranty process was easy to navigate. I use the suitcase every day and the quality and ruggedness of the suitcase is evident. I've used other manufacturers and they don't come close to your quality. Great products.
While I was disappointed that the zipper on my hard shell suitcase was broken. The Away Travel team sent an immediate replacement and I received it in two days. I will happily recommend the product and company every time.
Amazing how you stand behind your product and when it fails you replace, I will buy no other suitcase brand for the rest of my life!
I appreciated how simple it was to file a claim and how quickly response and resolution time was. I was initially hesitant on spending so much money on my luggage and bought a full set. Having the warranty after spending so much money and the great customer service made it well with it.

I was so amazed at how quick and efficient the process was. I didn’t have my receipt from 2017 but the system was able to find it with just my email. I received resolution on the matter within 24 hours and a replacement suitcase within the week. Amazing customer service!!
My small carry on suitcase has served me well but the zipper stitching was pulling out so I took it to your Highland Village store for repair and was pleasantly surprised to learn that it would be replaced, free of charge. I’ll never buy another brand of luggage. Great quality, the BEST wheels, and amazing Customer Service!
I had purchased my 2nd Away suitcase a couple of years ago (love them) but recently snapped the frame of the compression sleeve. I went to the website to see if I could buy a new one and when I wasn't able to find one online, I reached out to customer service. It didn't even occur to me that I'd be under warranty - next thing I knew, they were sending me a new one! Great surprise, and great customer service - thank you!
It was a very easy warranty process for an older bag. It was the easiest warranty process for any purchase I've ever made. I told my wife I was going to buy another bag because of how easy it was, but then I saw they just changed their warranty policy. I'm still giving 5 stars for the old bag being replaced under the previous policy, but unfortunately, I'm not buying another bag.

Away lived up to their warranty. We submitted a claim because the zipper lock broke when zipping the suitcase; we included a picture of the item. Away immediately acknowledged the problem and sent us a replacement. This all occurred within a week or two. I was surprised at how quickly and smoothly they took care of it. Thank you, Away!
I have a few Away pieces, and any issue I’ve had has been resolved with promptness. I have a Medium Aluminum suitcase that had a compression side anchor point break or come apart. Hard to tell since it is underneath the lining. I took a couple of pictures, described the issue, and in a weeks time I have a replacement suitcase delivered to my door. Can’t beat that for customer satisfaction.
I had my suitcase for over 5 years until an issue arose, which the wheels were worn and one broke, while traveling, which caused the other wheels to also start to break and disintegrate as they are made of rubber like actual tires (which is why these suitcases have a superior roll!) I submitted a claim online and AWAY immediately mailed me a new wheel kit which I received within days, and was able to simply replace the wheels (only tool needed was a screwdriver!) and continue using my great suitcase which has been around the world. Good as new! So grateful for their quick and easy service!
