I ordered 2 batteries for my canon 80D camera. I received 2 batteries. One worked Great and took a charge the other one would not take a charge. I contacted batteryheads,com on their website "contact us" and have not heard a thing from them

I did get two batteries that worked. On the second call. I was told that I had been sent a return label and my money for the battery would be sent. I said that I did not receive the return label and I a battery that worked, It was a minor mix up. I got what I wanted, at the price I was satisfied with. Thank you for your serve
