My experience with BAYA was okay overall. The product was decent and did what it promised, but there’s still room for improvement in quality and consistency. It’s fair for the price, but not outstanding.

Yoga helps develop flexibility

Guess that meditation is something that I have missed in the past. I wish I would find out about meditation much earlier, because now I understand why is it highly appreciated by community. Moreover, I would add that yoga also has positive effect not only your body and helps to develop flexibility, but also it affects your mental health. This service helped me a lot actually and this is an honor of couches here. Their methods are pretty useful and suit any type of a person I think. Strongly recommend this service and also you can download their app.

Professionalism!

This yoga studio offers a professional and comprehensive program. The method in which they instruct you and the technique in which they teach you are excellent. It assisted me in overcoming my mental difficulties while also improving my mood. My emotions had also undergone significant changes. It was an amazing experience!!
