I recently ordered some dresses from this website, but one of them wasn’t the right size. I contacted customer service, and they gave me the option to return the dress or keep it and receive a credit code to order another one. I chose the credit so I could order the same dress in a larger size.
The lady I spoke with, Kirsty was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Her excellent customer service made the whole process easy and stress-free.
